Power of Attorney.
We recommend that you appoint our Company to be your Attorney in order to sign the Title Deeds. The reason why we recommend you do this is because it avoids any problem that may occur at the Notary's Office (i.e. the signing day needs to be rearranged in the last minute).
This will also save you having to be present to sign the Title Deed in Spain and having to pay a translator if you do not speak Spanish.
